- To submit a story Simply visit www.jeanscampus.com. From the 'Main menu' on the top side of the page, click the menu item 'Share a story'.
This leads to a page with a simple text editor. Use it to type in your
campus gist. To save your item, click on the 'Save' button at the bottom of
the page. Please make sure you save. Its that simple. Can't find ur gist?
Do not worry.
All submitted material has to be edited before being published.
So if you do not see yours immediately, it could be that it is still
being processed.
Immediately, it is published, a notification e-mail will be sent to you. - To use the Calendar The calendar is actually a very cool feature.
With it, you can view information about upcoming events in other institutions
across the country, social and academic, such as when exams will start,
when a prticular lsit or information is expected, when and where a show is
to take place, etc.
Better still, you can add your own events to it, very useful if you have an activity you
want to publicise. - To use the General forum The forum gives you an opportunity to share view points on issues with others from around the country. It is categorised into different sections and you can easily find a category that you fit into or that your problem fits into. What you can do Once you are logged in, you can now join whichever forum that catches your fancy.
You can also modify your profile at any time. You can add a picture to your profile
so others see the image whenever viewing your posts.
You can also send private messages to other users on the forum.
You can reply to posts made by other users or you can even start a topic of your own
on any issue that you think is of concern to the community. - To use the Groups function This is where the most fun is at. You can join any group that interests you here and have fun with the members of that group. You can also create any group you want and decide if you want it to be a private or open group. Members of a particular group can post items in the group's forum which is actually viewabke to only the members of that group
