ImageCharlie Boy is not the ‘regular Nigerian’. Everything about your life sets you apart from most people. Why did you choose this path?

I wouldn’t say most of it is intentional. I guess it was my upbringing. We were raised a little differently. I guess I was stuffed with an overdose of morality, principles, values and all of that.

But the choice to be different has always been with me for as long as I can remember. There’s also my adventurous nature and the need to stand out in all that one does. I guess that’s what is responsible for me going that extra mile.

Peter and Paul Okoye
One thing captivated me as Jude 'Engees" Okoye walked me to interview Peter and Paul Okoye; he was singing ‘Always on my mind' by Styl-Plus. So I said to myself, love does exist between these artistes.
There is more to this life than faking up reality. A lot goes on behind the scenes that we know not much about as regards entertainment, but reading this interview with the hottest group in Nigeria, you get to know it is not as rosy as it seems.
